Our refund policy entitles people to enjoy a full refund if a product ordered from us has manufacturing defects. Being unsatisfied with it, people are eligible for a refund and claim it accordingly. However, people looking for a refund should claim it within 14 days period from purchasing date of a commodity.
Once the 14 days period passes, no one is entitled to a refund and claims can’t be made. It is our suggestion to all that when buying a product, they should check it appropriately to ensure it meets their condition/requirement or can request a refund before crossing the 14 days mark.
